About Our Holiday Ecosystem
Holiday Love 2025
Through our annual holiday ecosystem, we match lower-income Black single mothers with a financial partner(s) who has committed to gifting them a total of $500 each month throughout the holiday season (November, December, January, and February) for a grand total of $2000.
This money is a direct, no strings attached monetary gift from our financial partners that allows Black single mothers to invest in what they need to support and nourish their families during the holiday season. We trust Black single mothers.
Important Information
The last day to enroll as a partner is Friday, October 11th.
We are looking to serve 50 mothers this holiday season. This means that we will need between 50 - 200 financial partners.
If this ecosystem is fully realized, $100,000 will be redistributed and gifted to Black single mothers this holiday season.
You can enroll as a financial partner in the amount of $125, $250, and $500. We invite you to use our self-assessment tool, Mapping Your Giving Responsibility, to help you determine how much to commit to giving.

How It Works
Black single mothers who are invited to participate in this holiday ecosystem will be matched with a Loving Black Single Mothers Financial Partner(s) who has committed to gifting them $500 a month, for the months of November, December, January, and February.
Financial gifts are transferred to mothers who are invited to participate directly from their financial partner via a peer-to-peer payment platform (such as Venmo or Cash App) on the 15th of each month.
Your Role As A Financial Partner
Your role as a financial partner in this ecosystem is to commit to giving monthly in the amount of either $125, $250, or $500 for four months (November - February) over the 2025/2026 holiday season.
On the 15th of each month, you'll be responsible for sending your committed financial gift to the mother you're matched with. As a courtesy, each month we'll send you a reminder email but we'd love for you to keep your involvement in this ecosystem top of mind over the holiday season.

We know there is power when people collectivize and pool their resources to support a common goal. At Loving Black Single Mothers, we are asking everyday people who are financially resourced to share their money in a way that can transform lives.
If you decide to partner with us this holiday season, you are saying that you stand in solidarity with Black single mothers. The money you commit to giving each month will be a gift in solidarity with the mother you’re matched with, not a tax-deductible charitable donation.
